French collective Pleix was born from the meeting of seven visual artists from different backgrounds, sharing a common desire to mix complementary inspirations and approaches. Through various creative media, ranging from film, music, art installations and sculpture, the work of the collective diverts what surrounds us to better understand it. The work acts like a distorting mirror of our society, addresses the contradictions of our time in a playful and symbolic way and reveals its subliminal messages.
Pleix has over 20 years of experience working as artists & directors specialized in film and art installations.
Their work has been commissioned by clients across the fields of art, music, and advertising and has been shown in various art centers and festivals around the world.
